santa monica to drop the lawsuit and to pay for

if eToys wants to avoid a 10 year struggle at 
court, on the net, in the world wide press and at 
the stock market eToys should now accept the offer 
the etoy.LAWYERS submitted. the internet and art 
community and the press has lined up behind etoy.
everybody knows that this TOYNAM has to be ended 
but many people are willing to fight if necessary. 
etoy used its art trademark before eToys was 
incorporated. this is a fact and not even hundreds 
of thousand dollars spent on aggressive lawyers 
helped to cover this reality.

etoy wants its digital territory and art brand back!
